Audience: business owners, managers, administrative, sales, marketing and HR staff, and freelancers. No technical prerequisites: being able to use a computer is enough.

Frequently asked questions

Is technical knowledge required?

No. Being comfortable using a computer day to day is enough. Each participant brings their own laptop.

Can the day be funded?

For companies contributing to the HRDC, the training may qualify for a partial refund, subject to prior approval. We provide the programme, the invoice in the company's name and the necessary supporting documents.

What do I need to provide on site?

A room or a table for participants, an internet connection and, if possible, a screen or projector. I bring the rest.

What is the maximum number of participants?

12 per session to guarantee individual support. Beyond that, we organise several sessions.

How does payment work?

By MCB transfer or Juice upon receipt of the invoice, no later than the day before the session. Free cancellation up to 7 days before.
